RMYC opens the door to opportunities for our youth as they develop lasting skills and work ethics, and see the pride they have in the work they do. They build lasting relationships with their peers and get to serve in the community and make a big difference in people's lives. Seeing crew members graduate and move on to much bigger and better things they never thought they'd be able to do, is priceless.
